  With over 20 years in the industry, Noord has all the experience from the ground up and is the founder of New Homes Mortgage Broker and is the voice of reason amongst the team. He is always available to our clients through every step of the process and is extremely knowledgeable. In his spare time Noord enjoys cycling with his son.

  Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser

  Calvin has been a part of the New Homes Mortgage Broker team since the beginning. Initially working as an integral part of the administration department, to now having worked his way up to become an irreplaceable broker on the team. He could have been a professional footballer had he not been too busy watching every series of Midsummer Murders growing up.

Her expertise ensures your mortgage process is seamless and efficient. When not securing mortgages, Lorna enjoys reading a good thriller or cooking up a storm in her kitchen.

  Dom has been advising and specialising in arranging New Build Mortgages for over a decade bringing a wealth of experience to the table. He supports customers through every step of the home buying process earning fantastic feedback along the way. Dom enjoys fishing but with two young daughters keeping him on his toes, spare time is a rare luxury!

Outside of work, Maisie enjoys playing netball and traveling, balancing her competitive spirit with a love for exploring new places.

  Our admin manager is the best in the business, and we aren’t afraid to shout about it! As well as helping us all to keep our administration in perfect order, Dawn (just about) manages to find time to catch up with all the drama in the Soaps and is a self-confessed bookworm.

  Admin Support

  Kerry is on our lovely team of administrators and has years of previous experience working on sales floors. She is our sunshine here at New Homes Mortgage Broker and doesn't ever stop smiling. Her weekends are spent on football pitches, playing soccer-mum, and listening to 80's classics. FYI: If you ever find yourself needing Kerry's help, she can be easily incentivised with a small packet of penny sweets!

  Martha plays a vital role in supporting our Advisers with compliance administration, ensuring all processes meet the industry’s rigorous standards. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence makes her an indispensable part of the team. Martha also serves part-time as a Police Community Officer reflecting her dedication to helping others. In her spare time, Martha can often be found at the gym.
